Les Roches Chicago Summer Program will give you a taste of what it’s like to study hospitality at the only Swiss hospitality school in the United States.
The program will enable you to explore a range of hospitality-related subjects including: marketing communications, careers, business strategy, delivering luxury service, work and leadership skills.
You will have the opportunity to try your hand at key practical skills such as housekeeping and wine and food pairing.
But most of all, you will have the chance to spend 2 weeks days with a crowd of like-minded people, and have a great time in Chicago – one of the world’s most dynamic tourism hubs. Visit iconic properties and landmarks including: The Magnificent Mile, McCormick Place, Chicago, Peninsula, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Trump Towers.
Organization: Agility. Speed. Strength. None of these qualities will be of any use in the highly-competitive world of Whirlyball. Although it combines lacrosse, hockey and basketball with bumper cars, Whirlyball has caused great athletes of every stripe to laugh and holler their way to a crushing defeat. If you choose to accept the challenge, you’ll use hand-held scoops to propel whiffle balls at your scoring target. In a team of five, and with the help of a professional referee you’ll have a bang-up time trying to outscore the competition.

Organization: Split the group in teams of 5. Students wear large bubble uniforms and play a bumper version of soccer — no skill necessary.
Let your inner child out! Bubble Soccer USA guarantees a lot of laughter and a lot of bumping. Once the whistle starts for the game, everybody flies straight in. There’s a lot of bumping, bouncing, rolling and laughing, especially from the spectators.

Your tour guide, and expert in Chicago’s architecture and history, will lead you through the Main Branch of the Chicago River and through the Chicago Lock out to Lake Michigan.
